Usability testing

Usability testing

More than 80% of accessibility issues affect the blind people. But they are very difficult to spot. Even if your team tackle them, it doesn’t guarantee a positive experience for people with disabilities.

Usability testing is the fastest way to discover key accessibility challenges on your website or app, and start remediation process.

A blind accessibility expert will go through your digital product, mimicking realistic user journeys, and give you a video-based review and comprehensive report on where they found problems. But those people are not the only suffering from web inaccessibility. That’s why engaging users with other disabilities is also available. Upon completion, you can even schedule further consultation to discuss possible concerns. Please note: Usability testing does not replace full accessibility audid, and can not detect all accessibility issues. We test on Windows, iOS and Android devices.

Legal support

Being sued over digital inaccessibility is something businesses never expect. Terms you don’t understand and laws you’ve heard of for the first time can seem perfectly unclear. The digital accessibility legal framework is very complicated, so typical business attorneys may lack the expertise to handle these cases. Without technical knowledge, a simple lawsuit can quickly turn into a nightmare. PR disasters, reputation loss, and expensive fines are just some of the possible consequences. On top of that, your business may appear completely unfriendly to people with disabilities, even if that’s not the case. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Look, most digital accessibility lawsuits are baseless and without justification. They are typically filed on behalf of blind plaintiffs. We can help you save money and become legally compliant, so you never get sued again.
Our legal support consists of 3 easy steps:
Step 1:
We carefully review the lawsuit to assess its legitimacy.

Step 2:
We respond to each claim, whether valid or not. As accessibility experts, we can refute many complaints, proving that the plaintiff’s claims are incorrect. If your website or mobile app is accessible in all practical ways, you will even receive a demo video to further support your case.

Step 3:
Present this evidence to the court, and watch your costs shrink.
