1. Our Commitment

Accessi LLC (“Accessi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Digital accessibility is the work we do for our clients, and we hold our own website to the same standard we apply to theirs.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a finished state. Websites change, standards evolve, and assistive technology behaviour changes with each release. We work continuously to identify and remove barriers on this website.

2. Scope of This Statement

This statement applies to the website published at https://accessi.biz/.

It does not apply to websites, applications, or digital properties operated by our clients or by any other organization, including any property we have assessed. Each organization is responsible for the accessibility of its own digital property and for publishing its own accessibility statement.

It does not apply to third-party services that we link to or that are embedded within this website, which are outside our direct control. Section 7 explains how we handle those.

7. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. The areas most likely to be affected are the following.

• Third-party embedded content. Where a third-party service is embedded in a page, such as a scheduling tool used to book a call, its accessibility is controlled by that provider. We evaluate such services before use, raise defects with the provider, and offer an alternative route where a barrier cannot be resolved.
• Third-party linked content. Content on websites we link to is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
• Documents and media. Older documents and media published on this website may not yet include full accessibility features such as tagged structure, captions, or transcripts. We remediate these on request and as part of our ongoing review.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please report it. Reports from users are the most reliable source of information about barriers we have not identified ourselves, and we act on them.

8. How We Assess Accessibility

We assess this website using the same methodology we apply in client engagements, combining automated testing with manual evaluation and testing with assistive technology.

Automated testing is used as a first pass only. It detects a limited proportion of accessibility defects and produces both false positives and false negatives, so all automated results are reviewed manually by a practitioner.

This assessment is carried out by Accessi on its own website. It is a self-evaluation and has not been certified by an independent third party.

9. Feedback and Reporting a Barrier

• The page address where you encountered the problem.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and to provide a substantive response within five business days. Where a fix requires development work, we will tell you what we intend to do and give you a realistic timeframe.

Where a barrier prevents you from completing something on this website, we will provide an alternative way to complete it while the barrier is being addressed.

10. Alternative Formats and Assistance

If you require any information published on this website in an alternative accessible format, including plain text, large print, or a structured document optimized for a specific assistive technology, contact us at lazar@accessi.biz and we will provide it at no cost.

This includes our legal and policy documents. 11. If You Are Not Satisfied

If you report a barrier and are not satisfied with our response, reply to us and ask for the matter to be reviewed. Send your message to lazar@accessi.biz with the subject line “Accessibility Escalation”, and we will review it and respond within ten business days.

We would prefer to hear from you directly and resolve the matter, and we treat accessibility complaints about our own website as a priority.

12. Continuous Improvement

We review the accessibility of this website on an ongoing basis, and in particular when we make a significant change to its design, structure, or functionality, when we adopt a new third-party service, and when a new version of WCAG is published.

This statement is reviewed at least annually and is updated when the scope, target, or known limitations change. The Effective Date at the top reflects the most recent update.
