Founder’s story

I am Lazar Bulatovic, entrepreneur, accessibility advocate, and public speaker. I have spoken at major industry events such as WordCamp Europe, WP accessibility day, HR Week, and more. Being totally blind, it was very complicated to get a job. But it didn’t stop me to create a bright future for myself, and people around me. A chance encounter with the WordPress community team led them to invite me to deliver a speech on how inaccessible websites impact the daily lives of people with disabilities.
The stories I shared were of people unable to access vital information, struggling to navigate complex interfaces, and missing out on valuable online content. Following this talk, I created Accessi to make the digital world inclusive for all and eliminate barriers to make the web a better space.
