1. Overview
Accessi LLC (“Accessi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) accepts payment for its services through established third-party payment providers. This page explains how payments are handled, what information we hold, and what we do not hold.
Payment processing is carried out by specialist providers. We do not operate our own payment infrastructure and we do not store full payment card details.
This page should be read together with our Terms of Service, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are published at https://accessi.biz/.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods.
| Method | How it works | Processed by |
|---|---|---|
| Card payment | Card details are submitted directly to our payment processor through its secure payment interface. The transaction is authorized and settled by the processor. | Stripe |
| Wire transfer | Payment is sent from your bank to our business account using the details stated on the invoice. | Our banking provider |
| ACH transfer | Payment is sent from your United States bank account to our business account using the details stated on the invoice. | Our banking provider |
All fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Bank charges, intermediary bank fees, and currency conversion costs associated with wire and ACH payments are borne by the payer.
3. Card Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe is a payment service provider certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider, which is the highest level of certification available under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
This certification is held by Stripe. Accessi does not hold, and does not claim to hold, PCI DSS certification, and does not represent itself as a certified payment processor.
When you pay by card, your card details are submitted directly to Stripe through its secure payment interface. Accessi does not receive, process, or store full card numbers, card expiry dates, or card security codes at any point.
Where Stripe makes limited reference information available to us in our account dashboard, such as the card brand and the final four digits of the card number, we use it solely to identify and reconcile a transaction, to process a refund to the correct payment method, and to respond to a payment dispute.
4. Wire and ACH Payments
Bank details for wire and ACH payments are stated on the invoice issued to you. We do not publish our bank details on this Website.
Our bank details do not change frequently. If you receive any communication that appears to come from Accessi and asks you to send a payment to different bank details, treat it as suspicious. Do not act on it. Verify it first by contacting us at lazar@accessi.biz or by telephoning the contact you have dealt with directly, using contact details you already hold rather than any details supplied in the suspicious message.
We will confirm any genuine change to our bank details in writing and will expect you to verify it with us independently before sending funds.
5. Information We Hold
In connection with payments, we hold:
- Billing name, billing address, and where applicable a tax or company registration identifier.
- Invoice records, purchase order references, amounts, dates, and payment status.
- Limited transaction reference information made available by the payment processor, such as the card brand and final four digits, or the remitter details supplied by the sending bank for wire and ACH payments.
- Correspondence relating to payment, including refund requests and payment disputes.
We do not hold full card numbers, card expiry dates, card security codes, online banking credentials, or any information that would allow a payment to be initiated on your behalf.
Payment records are retained for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy, principally to meet tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
6. How We Protect Payment Information
The measures we apply to the payment information we hold include:
- Transmission of data over the Website and to our providers using industry-standard transport layer encryption.
- Storage of invoicing and accounting records within reputable third-party business systems that apply their own security controls.
- Access limited to those personnel who require it for invoicing, reconciliation, or dispute handling.
- Multi-factor authentication on the accounts we use to access payment, banking, and accounting systems.
- Written confidentiality obligations binding all personnel and contractors.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We apply reasonable measures appropriate to the limited category of payment information we hold, and we rely on our payment and banking providers for the security of the payment transaction itself.
7. What We Will Never Ask You To Do
To help you identify fraudulent communications, note that Accessi will never:
- Ask you to send full card details, card security codes, or online banking credentials by email, chat, text message, or telephone.
- Ask you to make a payment to an individual’s personal account rather than to the business account stated on your invoice.
- Ask you to pay in cryptocurrency, by gift card, by money transfer service, or by any method other than those listed in Section 2.
- Pressure you to make an urgent payment outside our normal invoicing process.
If you receive a communication of this kind purporting to come from Accessi, do not respond to it and contact us at lazar@accessi.biz.
8. Invoices and Receipts
An invoice is issued for every engagement, stating the services purchased, the amount due, the currency, any applicable tax, the payment methods available, and the due date.
A receipt or payment confirmation is available for every payment received. If you require a copy, contact us at lazar@accessi.biz.
Payment terms, late payment charges, and suspension for non-payment are set out in our Terms of Service.
9. Refunds and Payment Disputes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. The circumstances in which refunds are available, and the process for requesting one, are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at lazar@accessi.biz before contacting your card issuer or bank. We will investigate and respond within the timeframes set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Raising the matter with us first is usually faster than a formal dispute and allows an error to be corrected directly.
10. Reporting a Security Concern
If you believe a payment made to Accessi has been intercepted or misdirected, or if you identify a security concern relating to our payment process, contact us immediately at lazar@accessi.biz with the subject line “Payment Security”.
If you suspect that your own card or bank account has been compromised, contact your card issuer or bank directly as your first step, as they are able to act on the account immediately.
11. Accessibility of the Payment Process
We aim to keep our invoicing and payment process usable with assistive technology. If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from reviewing an invoice or completing a payment, contact us at lazar@accessi.biz and we will provide an alternative method of completing the transaction.
12. Changes to This Page
We may update this page to reflect changes in the payment methods we accept or the providers we use. The current version is published at https://accessi.biz/ with the Effective Date stated at the top.
